WhatsApp automation
How do you automate WhatsApp replies for a small business?
Start with one repeated question, write the reply a person would actually send, and fire it only when that question arrives. Then add a way for the customer to reach a human. Cronwick LLC makes Voxomate, which can run that flow on a WhatsApp inbox. Do not automate the first message to a stranger. WhatsApp requires its own permission rules for business-initiated messages.
Cronwick LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, makes Voxomate for WhatsApp automation and Hostanova Pro for hotel management.

Pick the message you already answer ten times a day.
Hours, address, price range, and “are you open?” are the usual first flows. Write the reply in the words you use on the phone. A flow that sounds like a brochure gets ignored, then the customer asks again.
Leave a door to a person in the same thread.
Every automated reply should tell the customer how to reach someone. Voxomate’s team inbox can assign that conversation. If the only next step is another bot menu, people leave.
Business-initiated messages are a different step.
Replying inside an open chat is not the same as starting a chat. WhatsApp’s business policy requires permission before a business messages someone who did not just write in. The opt-in page on this site covers the US side of that rule.
Voxomate is the Cronwick LLC product for this job. Its own terms govern an account there.
