Acceptable Use Policy
These rules apply to every Cronwick website, product, and subscription. They are part of the Terms of Service.

Scope
This policy binds you when you use the Services, whether or not you pay. “Services” has the same meaning as in the Terms of Service. If this policy and a product’s checkout terms conflict, the checkout terms control only for that product’s specific license limits. This policy still controls for abuse.
Rules
You may not, and you may not help anyone else to:
- break the law, or violate someone else’s rights;
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of a system you do not have permission to test;
- bypass authentication, rate limits, access controls, or license checks;
- interfere with the Services, including by overloading them or sending malware;
- use the Services to send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk messages;
- upload or generate content that is illegal, or that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights;
- use the Services to harass, threaten, or dox another person;
- resell access, or share seats, except as the license you bought allows;
- misrepresent your identity, or suggest Cronwick endorses you when we do not; or
- use the Services in violation of the export and sanctions section of the Terms of Service.
You are responsible for content you submit and for activity under your account, including activity by people you let use it.
Security research
We welcome good-faith reports of a security weakness in a Cronwick system. Email contact@cronwick.com with a description and, if you can, steps to reproduce it. Give us a reasonable time to investigate before you publish.
Good faith means you avoid privacy violations, data destruction, service interruption, and access beyond what is needed to show the issue. Do not demand payment as a condition of reporting. A good-faith report made this way is not, by itself, a violation of this policy. There is no standing bounty.
Enforcement
If we believe you have broken this policy, we may remove content, throttle or suspend access, end a license, or refuse a future order. We will tell you when we can do so without creating a security or legal risk. Suspension does not entitle you to a refund except where the Refund, Cancellation and Billing Policy or the law requires one.
We may also preserve and disclose information when the law requires it, or when we reasonably believe it is needed to prevent harm or to protect the Services. That disclosure is described in the Privacy Policy.
Reporting abuse
If you believe someone is using Cronwick to cause harm, email contact@cronwick.com. Include the URL or product, the date, and what you observed. Copyright complaints follow the process in the Terms of Service.
