Assignments so a conversation can be routed to a person on the team.
Voice follow-up
Optional AI voice agents that call back when a chat goes quiet. The business is responsible for call consent.
Lead pipeline
One pipeline for messages, calls, and status changes. This is the CRM view inside Voxomate.
Response time
A dashboard for speed-to-lead and conversion.
Google Sheets
Optional. The connection uses Google’s drive.file scope plus sign-in email, so it can only open spreadsheets you pick or files the app creates.

What this page does not claim.

  • Voxomate does not publish a promise that a WhatsApp number will stay active. WhatsApp can restrict a number under WhatsApp’s own rules.
  • This page does not say Voxomate uses the official WhatsApp Business Platform. The product’s terms warn that WhatsApp can ban a number, and the connection method is described on the product site.
  • Google user data is not sold and is not used for advertising. That limit is in the Voxomate privacy policy.
  • Refunds for a Voxomate subscription follow the terms published on the Voxomate site, not a different promise on this page.

The live privacy policy and terms on the product site govern an account there. As of October 6, 2026, those pages may still use an older operator name. Until they say Cronwick LLC, treat them as the controlling text for that product, and use the product privacy policy and terms.
