What is the difference between the WhatsApp Business app and the WhatsApp Business Platform?
The WhatsApp Business app is WhatsApp’s phone app for one business. The WhatsApp Business Platform is WhatsApp’s product for software to send and receive messages through an API, including templates and a business account. They are both WhatsApp products. Voxomate, made by Cronwick LLC, is separate software for inbox flows, broadcasts, and a lead pipeline. This page does not claim Voxomate uses the Platform.
