“People who seem interested” is not a segment. “Asked about a two-night stay” is. Voxomate’s pipeline stores status changes from the conversation so the broadcast list can be that field.
Opt-out is part of the segment, not a footnote.
Remove anyone who asked you to stop before you send. WhatsApp’s business policy treats permission as a condition of business-initiated messages, not as a courtesy.
