How does housekeeping run in a hotel PMS?
Housekeeping in a hotel PMS is a room status the front desk can trust: occupied, dirty, clean, or inspected. The status changes when the work changes, not at the end of the shift. Checked out is not the same as clean. The PMS should block, or at least warn, before a dirty room is checked in. Hostanova Pro ties housekeeping to the room record the desk already uses.
