- Invoices and tax records on the guest folio. Payment tools on the product site include invoice status. This page does not claim a US sales-tax or lodging-tax filing feature.
- Operations
- Inventory, maintenance work orders, and staff records including shifts and leave.
- Guests
- Profiles, loyalty tiers, and a guest portal for bookings, invoices, and notifications.
- More than one property
- The product describes multi-property control, shared inventory, and a guest profile that can span properties.
- Gmail import
- Optional and read-only. It looks for OTA reservation emails from Booking.com, Agoda, Airbnb, and Expedia, and for bank payment alerts. It does not read the rest of the mailbox for other purposes.

The live privacy policy and terms on the product site govern an account there. As of October 6, 2026, those pages may still use an older operator name. Until they say Cronwick LLC, treat them as the controlling text for that product, and use the product privacy policy and terms.
